Membership Advantage Program (M.A.P)Put Yourself on the M.A.P.The Membership Program is a way to take advantage of substantial discounts to instructor led (on campus) Computer Application, Information Technology and Project Management classes offered by the Center for Business and Technology. These courses are located in the Computer/IT section of the Center catalog or website. In the catalog, you will find complete listing of dates and times of these scheduled classes.
How does it work?There are 3 levels of the Membership Advantage Program to choose from:
• 20 units @ $2,500
• 40 units @ $5,000
• 100 units @ $12,500
Each unit is worth $125.
If most of your employees will be coming to training during the day, think of one unit of training as equivalent to one day of training. If a class is two days in length, you would use two units. You can also contact Registration at 913-469-2323 or Debbie Rulo at 913-469-8500 Ext. 3398, if you need help determining how many units to use per class.
Does my membership in the M.A.P. expire?When you purchase a Membership, it is good for one year. If you don’t use your units, you lose them which means you need to spend them within the year you enroll. You can renew your membership at any time during the year should you run out of units.
How do I join?Complete the application and mail it to the address provided along with your payment or join online.
You will receive a letter from the Center letting you know your Company ID number. This number is like a credit card number to be used to enroll each employee.
When enrollments are made, reports will be sent to you letting you know who enrolled in what class, when the person took the class, etc. Monthly statements letting you know the balance in your account are also sent out.
